Our cuisine is closely tied to the territory and its traditions, with particular attention paid to vegan and vegetarian dishes.
Our respect for the environment and love of food has led us to be creative in the kitchen, developing dishes that are rich in flavour and colour and nutritious for mind, body, and soul.
Our culinary delights are enriched by the wild herbs that grow in our fields. Our menu also offers locally made cheeses, seasonal fruit and vegetables, and whole-grain flour produce.

The antique village of Badia di Sasso is comprised of three edifices. One of the more recent constructions has a dining room on the ground floor and a spectacular multipurpose room on the first floor with warm oakwood flooring and is fully equipped with multimedia devices. In the same courtyard stands an impressive manor house of 1700, with 11 comfortable guestrooms and a small library.
A third building - accessed by a wooden stairway through a small wood – hosts another eight guestrooms.
Both guesthouses have maintained their charming, original architectural features with ladders, balconies, and grand fireplaces of the period.
All guestrooms have ceramic or wooden flooring and picturesque, wooden-beamed ceilings.
Most rooms have twin beds (which can be joined to form king beds) and feature private bathrooms. Some rooms have external bathrooms for exclusive or shared use.
Due to rising costs and a lack of laundry services in the area, we have chosen not to provide bed linen or towels.
Such a decision is in keeping with our ecological thinking and desire to safeguard the environment.
